Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversee and lead a team of insurance sales representatives, setting goals and guiding them to achieve sales targets.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Client Relations: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in various insurance products.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and support as needed to meet objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a valid insurance license for Minnesota or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the insurance industry.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving sales goals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
