About the Role

As an Agent Apprentice, youll work closely with an experienced Farmers Insurance agent to gain practical experience and build your skills. Through hands-on learning and training from the University of Farmers, youll develop the knowledge and confidence to seamlessly transition into agency ownership.

What Youll Do

Learn the Business: Gain expertise in sales, marketing, customer service, and agency management by working alongside a seasoned agent.

Build Key Skills: Master marketing strategies, client relationship management, and business planning with industry-leading training.

Engage Locally: Connect with Worthington families and businesses, becoming a trusted advisor in the community.

Prepare for Ownership: Transition from apprentice to agency owner with mentorship and support from District 54.

Sales, customer service, or business experience (preferred but not required).
