About the Role
The Agent Apprentice Program is a hands-on learning experience where youll work alongside a successful Farmers Insurance agent. Through real-world training, expert mentorship, and resources from the University of Farmers, youll develop the skills and confidence needed to own and operate your own Farmers Insurance agency in Frazee.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales goals.

Requirements
