About the Role
The Agent Apprentice Program provides a hands-on learning experience under the mentorship of a successful Farmers Insurance agent. With expert guidance and resources from the University of Farmers, youll gain the knowledge and confidence needed to transition into agency ownership.

Learn by Doing: Work alongside an experienced agent to gain practical skills in sales, customer service, and agency operations.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales goals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive growth in the Morris, Minnesota region.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably within the insurance industry.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
