Responsibilities

Requirements
Licensure: Ability to obtain or willingness to pursue a Minnesota insurance license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members. Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering excellent service and meeting the needs of clients. Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a hybrid remote setting and adapt to changing work environments. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals. Tech Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with insurance software and tools.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
