Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and current clients, understanding their insurance needs and building rapport.
Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training sessions designed to equip you with necessary skills and knowledge for effective sales and client management.
Sales Support: Assist senior agents by preparing quotes, assisting with paperwork, and following up with clients.
Policy Review: Help clients review their existing policies and suggest appropriate improvements or additional coverage where necessary.
Community Involvement: Participate in community events and initiatives to promote District 54 Insurance and build a positive brand image.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in insurance regulations.
Requirements
Licensing: Actively pursuing or completed Minnesota insurance licensing is advantageous.
Educational Background: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities suitable for client interaction.
Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and going beyond client expectations.
