Responsibilities
Market Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the commercial insurance sector, helping to expand District 54 Insurance's market presence.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and partners, ensuring comprehensive and responsive service delivery.
Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, managing renewals and ensuring clients are well-informed about their insurance options.
Client Consultation: Provide informed, strategic advice to clients, guiding them through complex insurance decisions and offering customized solutions.
Communication: Collaborate with underwriting teams to secure favorable terms for clients, acting as a liaison between clients and insurers.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and provide clients with the most current industry insights.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial insurance sales is preferred.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively correspond with clients and staff.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends and client needs.
Customer-Oriented: A proactive approach in serving clients and exceeding their expectations.
