Salary: $200000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively work alongside seasoned agents, participating in direct client interactions to understand their insurance needs.

Sales Support: Assist in preparing insurance proposals and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the range of products we offer.

Learning and Development: Commit to understanding our product offerings, attending training sessions, and achieving necessary certifications.

Administrative Assistance: Manage client records, update databases, and ensure all documentation is accurate and organized.

Relationship Development: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to promote trust and brand loyalty.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior agents and participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and improvements.

Requirements

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and environments.

Relational Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

Organizational Abilities: Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Motivation: An eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using standard office software and communication tools.

Availability: Must be able to work on-site in Baudette, Minnesota, with some remote work when required.
