Consultative Sales : Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand the clients' needs and recommend insurance solutions that best suit them.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products to enhance clients' coverage portfolios.
Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends and emerging insurance products to provide the best advice to clients.
Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a coherent and unified client experience.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Requirements
Licensing : Active MN Property & Casualty License is highly recommended.
Experience : A background in insurance sales or similar roles is advantageous.
