Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales agents to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and market trends.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and emerging trends to capitalize on market opportunities.
Scheduling: Organize and manage shifts and workloads to ensure efficient use of resources and time.
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in sales management with a minimum of 3-5 years as a sales team leader.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with excellent strategic planning skills.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to quickly address and resolve challenges that arise in a sales environment.
Technology: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
