Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with potential clients in the Redwood Falls area.
Recruiting and Training- Developing a sales team
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to reach sales targets and explore new business opportunities in the region.
Networking: Participate in community and professional events to build a strong network of contacts and referrals.
Product Presentation: Clearly and effectively present insurance products to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
Portfolio Management: Assist in managing client portfolios, ensuring that coverage meets the clients' needs and aligns with their financial plans.
Team Collaboration: Work in coordination with the sales and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide the most current advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses as required by Minnesota regulations.
