Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Medicare Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support.
Market Analysis: Understand the local market landscape to effectively position our insurance products.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
Training: Conduct regular training sessions to keep the sales team informed about new Medicare products and market trends.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales metrics, making necessary adjustments to meet targets.
Requirements
Licensing: An active Minnesota Health Insurance License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in Medicare or health insurance sales is a must.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a sales team effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focused: Dedicated to meeting the needs of Medicare clients with tailored solutions.
