Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Initiate and manage effective communication with current and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed set targets and objectives.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the insurance products offered to effectively address client queries and suggest appropriate solutions.
Networking: Build and nurture professional relationships with clients and industry partners to foster long-term loyalty and expand the client base.
Account Management: Oversee clients' accounts, periodically reviewing policies and adapting them to evolving client needs.
Data Management: Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales metrics for analysis and reporting to upper management.
Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for detailed client interactions.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while also being self-driven.
Technology: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
