Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and providing friendly service to patrons in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and transaction processing.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is required; training will be provided.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods.
- Experience in food service, fine dining, or casual restaurant required.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer interaction.
