What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Security Officer position at DISTRICT AND CHARTER PATROL?
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Security Officer/ Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable experiences for our guests. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
TO WORK: (START/ END TIMES VARY)
4pm-10am Monday -Thursday
Friday - Sunday (open availability)
24/7 coverage preferred candidates can work any shift
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Assist guests with inquiries
- Access control
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
-Strong attention to detail
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Demonstrated ability to handle various guest requests promptly and professionally
