What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vehicle Patrol Officer position at DISTRICT AND CHARTER PATROL?
We are seeking a vehicle patrol officer to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.

PREFERED CANDIDATE HAS FULL TIME EXPERIENCE AS A VEHICLE PATROL SECURITY OFFICER FOR 1 -2 YEARS
PREFERED CANDIDATE HAS OPEN AVAILABILITY - MUST WORK WEEKENDS
HOURS VARY BETWEEN 4:00PM-12:00AM, AND 12:00AM-8:00AM - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MANDATORY ASSIGNED OVERTIME
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Must be able to travel to different locations
- Rover to different sites as needed
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
- Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
- Be able to use electronic devices for reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
