Criminal Case Manager

The Logan County District Attorney's Office located in Guthrie, Oklahoma, is now accepting applications for the position of Criminal Case Manager. This is a full time position located in Guthrie, Oklahoma. As a Criminal Case Manager, you will be integral to the prosecution team, overseeing case management and ensuring efficient processing of criminal cases. The position involves assisting attorneys with preparing and filing legal documents in District Court and other daily tasks, organizing and maintaining case files, preparing dockets, and performing other clerical/secretarial related duties. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and time-management skills are required. Computer skills and proficiency with word processing are necessary as we are a mostly paperless office. Must be organized and able to effectively prioritize; must be accurate and attentive to detail, while meeting deadlines on a regular basis. Candidates will be required to apply reasoning ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions and will be required to resolve problems with several variables in a dynamic setting. Candidates must be reliable and demonstrate strong work ethic. Must have the ability to interact courteously and effectively with the public, with law enforcement contacts and with other office staff. Candidates will be fingerprinted and must pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,750.00 per month
