$18.00 – $31.37/hour based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do:
- Prep and apply industrial coatings to steel structures, piping, tanks, and other surfaces
- Operate equipment such as spray guns, pressure washers, sandblasters, and lifts
- Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of environments
- Follow safety standards and quality specifications
- Collaborate with a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous industrial or commercial painting experience a plus — but we will train the right candidate
- Willingness to work with your hands and learn a skilled trade
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work at heights or in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
