Position Summary :
District Healthcare Services is offering an exciting and flexible opportunity for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to join our dynamic and patient-centered team. This is a fully remote position that allows you to provide therapy to vulnerable patients in Washington, D.C., from anywhere in the U.S. (as long as you hold a valid D.C. license). With competitive compensation of up to $70 per hour and the potential to earn up to $150,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package, this role provides both flexibility and professional fulfillment. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide quality therapy services up to 6 hours per day through telehealth or in-person visits.
- Conduct Diagnostic Assessments (DAs), DLA-20 assessments, and crisis therapy as needed.
- Regularly update treatment plans to ensure optimal care for patients.
- Perform psychosocial assessments, create treatment plans, and document clinical case notes.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR system, ensuring that all notes are closed within 48 hours.
- Build positive and professional therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating appropriate boundaries.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with patients and families.
- Ensure services are tailored to the diverse populations of the D.C. area, reflecting sensitivity to cultural and social dynamics.
- Embrace the flexibility to work from any state while being licensed in the District of Columbia.
