Rate of Pay: $15.91/Hr.

General Summary
- Under the supervision of the Finance Director, we are looking for a janitor to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, and simple maintenance duties for our West Branch and Mio facilities. The right candidate will be responsible for keeping our buildings clean and in orderly condition. Being dependable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical and safety knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Travel required. Off hours, generally after hours, with an average of 25-29 hours per week as assigned by the Finance Director.
Essential Functions
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning).
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects via work orders.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies and needs for repairs.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs.
- Stocking, ordering, and maintaining supply rooms.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Do yard upkeep by mowing the lawn and general yard work for the West Branch and Mio facilities.
- HIPAA compliant with fidelity to workplace privacy and confidentiality.
- Delivery of services, internal and external, in a culturally competent manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education/ Training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Proven work experience working as a janitor.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina and dexterity. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Availability of personal transportation and driver’s license.
- Computer proficient.
