Duties

- Oversee clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead quantitative research projects, utilizing advanced statistical software such as Stata, SPSS, or SAS.
- Manage data collection processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of research findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices for clinical research and data analysis.
- Present research findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable insights.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in clinical research methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the clinical research field.
- Strong expertise in quantitative research methods and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as Stata, SPSS, SAS, or Python.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Public Health, Statistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in managing clinical trials is highly desirable.
