What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at District Kitchen + Cocktails?
We are currently hiring for Servers! This is a full or part time position. We are looking for someone who is available for brunch and has open availability on the weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and welcome guests, explain menu
- Stocking, running sidework
- Report to the FOH manager
- Expedite orders
- Running food, taking togo orders, counter service, bar service (beer & wine) bussing/sanitizing tables.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
- Ability to converse with people and make them feel welcome
- Have fun
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Aptitude for multi-tasking.
- Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
- TABC food handler certification
