Salary: $50000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Obtain your Insurance Producer's licenses in Property & Casualty, and Life & Health
- Spend 8-12 months in the Protg role (time-based upon each individual)
- The program will have set sales and growth goals to keep you on track for growth
- Compensated on a base plus commission structure
- Work closely with the Agency Owner to gain an understanding of the Agent Ownership role
- We will be providing leads to help generate sales
- Immersed into the Farmer's culture and the insurance industry
- Given the opportunity to work with the Agency owner and the District office to learn the recruiting process
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not required
- Successfully pass a Background Check
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Consultative sales approach
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Possesses strong management skills
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred
