What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Concierge position at District Marshals Protective Services?
- Greeting and Assisting Residents and Guests: Warmly greet and direct residents and guests, answering their questions and providing information about the building and surrounding area.
- Managing Packages and Deliveries: Oversee the safe reception and distribution of packages and deliveries for residents.
- Handling Inquiries and Complaints: Address resident inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Security and Access Control: Monitor and control access to the building, verifying guest permissions and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Maintaining Records and Databases: Keep accurate records of residents, guests, and deliveries.
- Responding to Emergencies: Follow established procedures in the event of an emergency.
- Communicating with Residents and Management: Maintain open communication with residents and management, providing updates and addressing concerns.
