Roofer Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and skilled Roofers to join our team, specializing in various roofing systems and techniques. This role involves working on diverse roofing projects across multiple states, with all travel and hotel expenses covered. Ideal candidates will have certifications, relevant experience, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Roof Installation and Repairs:
• Install, maintain, and repair various roofing systems, including torch-down, TPO, and standing seam roofs.
• Perform tasks according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to OSHA standards and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), harnesses, and other safety gear.
• Conduct routine safety checks to maintain a secure work environment.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with crew members, prioritizing efficiency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers regarding progress and challenges.
• Equipment Management:
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment, such as TPO robots, roof cutters, and hand tools.
• Ensure availability and functionality of required equipment, including extension cords and hard hats.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Provide accurate documentation of work completed, including materials used and project timelines.
• Submit work history and identification documents as needed for project compliance.

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

• OSHA 10 (Required)
• Torch Down Certification (Preferred)
• TPO Certification (Preferred)
• Standing Seam Certification (Preferred)

Personal Identification Requirements (Mandatory):

• First Name, Last Name
• State Photo Identification (Driver’s License or State ID)
• Birth Certificate
• Passport (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on military bases.
• Established crews with proven history of working together.

Equipment Requirements (Preferred):

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Harnesses
• YoYo fall protection systems
• TPO Robot, roof cutter, extension cords, and standard hand tools

Note: Equipment availability can impact pay structure. Some equipment may be provided but is not guaranteed.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be willing to travel and relocate to project locations as needed.
• Travel and hotel expenses are covered by the company.
