As CFO, you’ll be a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, shaping the financial future of an organization committed to advancing its mission. Responsibilities :
- Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, grants management, risk assessment, and treasury operations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, planning frameworks, and reporting systems that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead key accounting activities such as ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.
- Utilize advanced financial modeling to analyze trends, provide actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission.
- Evaluate and enhance accounting processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards and laws.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard the organization's financial health and integrity.
- Coordinate audits, monitor financial conditions, and provide necessary information to external auditors, ensuring transparency and confidentiality.
- Assess the organization’s financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
