Business Development Territory Manager – PA
Location : PA (Preferred : Bucks County, Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery County)
Our firm has been retained by a high-growth PE-backed healthcare provider specializing in outpatient treatment in their search for a Business Development Territory Manager. Our client is expanding its business development presence in Pennsylvania and seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive new business and strengthen referral partnerships. This role reports to the VP of Growth and will focus on market expansion and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop & Expand Relationships – Build partnerships with key referral sources and decision-makers in the behavioral health and addiction treatment space.
- Drive New Business – Identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and increase market penetration to increase access to care and drive census growth.
- Manage Territory Effectively – Balance field sales (70%) with remote strategy and follow-ups (30%).
- Collaborate with Leadership – Work with BD leadership to develop and refine growth strategies.
