District Partners has an exciting new client headquartered near King of Prussia, Pennsylvania who is seeking a highly skilled and articulate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Develop to join their nimble team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business and functional skills and advanced technical hands-on expertise in CRM principles, including customization and configuration, integration, data management, performance optimization, and security management. Communication skills are critical and they need someone to think outside the box when it comes to Dynamics and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM applications, ensuring optimal performance and system usability.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and services to streamline business processes.
- Manage data migration, cleansing, and transformation for accurate and efficient data management.
- Optimize system performance through effective coding practices and troubleshooting.
- Ensure security measures are in place to protect sensitive data within the CRM environment.
- Utilize Power Platform, including Common Data Service (CDS) and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Leverage Azure and API-based data services for data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field ideally
- 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development with a year or more experience ideally as a software architect
- Strong knowledge of CRM principles, including customization and configuration
- Proficiency in programming languages: JavaScript, C#, SQL, and common CRM development tools
- Expertise in Power Platform, including Common Data Service (CDS) and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
- Experience with Azure services and API-based data services for data analytics and visualization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
