Auditor and Inspector

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Auditor. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and standard operating procedures.
• Identify and address quality issues through effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to prevent defects and improve overall product quality.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to optimize workflows and streamline processes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including Quality Supervisor, Production Supervisors, Shift Managers, and Production Managers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
