Job Purpose
The ERP Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the routing and equipment costing modules within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This critical role ensures accurate cost tracking, supports operational efficiency, and provides essential financial insights for equipment-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive routing configurations in the ERP system, ensuring precise documentation of equipment usage, process flows, and associated costs (Time studies of processes, movement, wait times)
- Develop and implement standardized routing procedures that accurately capture equipment utilization, labor time, and material consumption
- Perform regular data validation and reconciliation of equipment costing information to maintain high data integrity and reliability
- Collaborate with production, finance, and engineering teams to update and refine routing structures that reflect current operational methodologies
- Generate detailed cost reports and analyses that support strategic decision-making related to equipment deployment and resource allocation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing and costing data discrepancies
- Maintain system security and implement access controls for routing and costing modules
