of our restaurant comes from our Team Members and its starts with our Front of

House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) Team Members. The ideal Team Member will

be capable of managing uncertainty, willing to push the limits, and takes

ownership in their surroundings. We will provide the training and development you

will need to feel confident in your position and ready to serve our guests every

day. We take pride in our customer service and its up to you and your team to

create that experience that our Guests expect from us. We welcome all skill

levels in the food service industry from cashiers, servers and hosts or no

experience at all, we are always looking for passionate and enthusiastic people

to join us. If you’re interested in kick starting your

career in Food Service and getting a closer look of how our company

approaches high quality food, customer service, and other food service

responsibilities, we’d like to meet you.

BOH Team Member Core

Responsibilities :

• Greeting guests of District Taco

and seeking out those who are waiting or need assistance

healthy enthusiasm for interactions with guests

altering them to potential dietary conflicts

with the aid of your manager

taking the occasional phone order

Team Members whenever needed

the cleanliness and care of our lobby, restrooms, and patios

storage areas and unpacking shipments to maintain proper rotation

small-wares items

to customers / expo stuff

BOH Team Member

Qualifications Requirements :

interpersonal / people skills

level of motivation and sense of self-responsibility

to apply and maintain standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and personal

hygiene

to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills on an ongoing basis

physically active for long periods without getting tired or out of breath

and / or walk for 8 consecutive hours

stomach and lower back muscles to support the body

movement of several parts of the body, such as arms and legs, while the body is

moving

the arm and hand in one position or hold the hand steady while moving the arm

push, pull, or carry heavy objects for long periods without getting tired

50lbs or more on a regular basis

efficiently in a variety of hot or cold environments (e.g. refrigerated areas,

close to cooking

etc.)

as quickly as certain tasks demand

or in the process of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19. If a job offer is extended,
