TITLE: DATA COORDINATOR (200 Days)
QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Kentucky Teaching Certificate and five years successful teaching experience.
REPORT TO/EVALUATED BY: Chief Academic Officer or Designee
BASIC FUNCTION: Provide support and assistance to district and/or school staff in the area of data and assessment.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
1. Organize, disaggregate, and analyze formative and summative data to inform instruction, reflection, and intervention.
2. Support implementation of formative data collection systems.
3. Support district and state assessment administration.
4. Assist with progress tracking for graduation cohorts and other state and district monitoring.
5. Support in the collection and verification of data for the School Report Card and other state requirements.
6. Support and assist with assessment administration and data systems to track postsecondary readiness.
7. Assist in evaluating assessments for alignment to the standards.
8. Assist in Civil Rights data collection and submission.
9. Assist in the completion of required state compliance documentation including the Comprehensive District Improvement Plan.
10. Assist with internal district systems.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.
