- Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director, producers, and production staff to ensure the successful execution of technical elements.
- Oversee aspects of technical elements of the Musical, including, but not limited to: set construction, props, and backstage management.
- Collaborate with other Musical leaders as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the High School Principal.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in technical skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and passion for supporting students in developing their talents behind the scenes.
- Must be team-oriented, hands on, and passionate about performing arts.
Pre-employment Paperwork Requirements:
- Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check, FBI Fingerprinting Background Check, Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure release (Act 168) forms
