Key Responsibilities:

Game Strategy Development:Design and implement offensive and defensive game plans based on opponent analysis, player strengths, and situational factors.

Player Evaluation and Development:Assess individual player abilities, identify areas for improvement, and provide targeted coaching to maximize potential.

Practice Planning and Execution:Lead practice sessions, including drills and situational training, to refine skills and prepare for upcoming games.

Team Leadership:Motivate and inspire players, build team cohesion, and foster a positive culture.

Recruitment and Roster Management:Identify and recruit potential players, manage the team roster, and maintain player eligibility.
