What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior High Band Director position at District Wide?
Jonesboro Public Schools is accepting applications for Junior High Band Director for the 2025-2026 school year. All band classes are on a block schedule and are team taught with the entire band staff. Duties include directing a Jr. High Concert Band (7-9), teaching homogeneous beginning band class (7th), jazz band and asssisting with the Sr. High Band (10th-12th). The Jonesboro Band department is looking for a team player who will be an advocate for our Jonesboro Band students. This position will work under the direction of the District Director of Bands.
