K-12 Counselor Team Leader
District-Wide
Annual Stipend: $2,445
DESCRIPTION: Plan, facilitate and organize instructional alignment with state standards and student needs. Review data with teams. Facilitate team meetings and post agendas and summary notes on Moodle. Work with staff members to guide and facilitate the development of staff plans. Serve as liaison for the Counselors at the district level. Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Current employee of the Wenatchee School District. Must have the ability to motivate. Must have excellent human relations, communication, organization and leadership skills.
SCHEDULE: OPEN UNTIL FILLED.
UNION AFFILIATION: This position is represented by the Wenatchee Education Association.

In addition, a background check, based on fingerprints, will be requested from the Washington State Patrol & FBI. Employment is conditional based upon completion of the record check.
