Requirements:
- Must hold a high school diploma or GED
- Attend District Substitute training
- Demonstrated ability to relate and motivate all students with respect to learning styles to make learning meaningful, effective, contextual and involving positive interaction for the ongoing development of young minds
- Ability to successfully integrate technology into the classroom while engaging students.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Pay Rates:
Certified Substitute Teacher - $140.00
Non-certified Substitute Teachers - $115.00
Certified Long-term (10 days or more) - $210.00
Non-certified Long-term (10 days or more) - $165.00
Para/clerical 8 hour - $106.00
LPN - $135.00
Registered Nurse - $200.00
