240 Day Contract
QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of electronic repairs, computer systems, networks, and software applications.
REPORTS: Executive Director of Technology/Technology Support Specialist Supervisor
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains and repairs district computers, networks and peripherals.
- Installs computer hardware, operating systems software and other softwares.
- Assists in any projects undertaken involving technology equipment and network access as required.
- Basic understanding of wired and wireless networks.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Abides by all district policies and state and federal laws.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Works at sites in classrooms and other instructional areas. Must travel to and from assigned facilities as needed for support work.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently.
Ability to go up and down ladders.
Ability to squat or work on knees occasionally.
