- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor
- Drive adoption and growth by engaging with executives and technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams on account strategy, customer success plans, and expansion opportunities
- Conduct strategic reviews to assess customer needs, progress, and business goals
- Gather product feedback and contribute to the roadmap
- Manage enterprise renewals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Implement processes to enhance retention, referrals, and expansion
- Experience in Video Streaming SaaS is required
- 3 years in customer success, account management, or SaaS sales
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Experience managing enterprise renewals and driving customer satisfaction
