We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to build and optimize customer workflows, ensuring a seamless experience that drives engagement, adoption, and growth. Responsibilities : Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a strategic advisor. Drive adoption and engagement by clearly communicating product value. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to develop customer success strategies. Conduct regular customer check-ins to assess progress and address needs. Gather feedback to inform product development. Manage enterprise renewals, ensuring a smooth and positive process. Requirements : BA / BS degree or equivalent experience. Proven success in customer success, account management, or SaaS sales. Strong relationship-building skills with executive and technical stakeholders. Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills. Ability to analyze trends, drive retention, and identify expansion opportunities.
