You’ll collaborate with IT security teams, conduct security assessments, and provide technical expertise to support customers.

- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances to prevent cyber threats.
- Conduct security assessments and analyze firewall logs to identify risks.
- Troubleshoot firewall-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance, product demonstrations, and support sales efforts.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Respond to security incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain expertise in leading firewall technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Check Point).
- Document configurations, security events, and solution recommendations.
- 5 years of experience in network security with a strong focus on firewall management.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, or Check Point firewalls.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience configuring firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security monitoring tools.
- Ability to translate technical security concepts into business value.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, PCNSE, or Fortinet NSE) are a plus.
