We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee supply chain and distribution operations. This role ensures efficient transportation, inventory management, and on-time deliveries while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities
Coordinate Shipments : Schedule and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals.
Inventory Management : Maintain accurate stock records.
Vendor Relations : Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
Compliance & Documentation : Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee shipping paperwork.
Issue Resolution : Address transportation delays and inventory discrepancies.
Data & Reporting : Track logistics performance and generate reports for management.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and inventory management.
Strong understanding of domestic and international transportation.
Experience working with 3PLs, carriers, and freight forwarders.
Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and EDI is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
