What You’ll Do
- Pre-test patients and assist during eye exams
- Help patients choose frames and lenses based on their needs and preferences
- Take precise measurements for a perfect lens fit
- Train new contact lens wearers on proper insertion, removal, and care
- Order, dispense, and adjust eyewear and contact lenses
- Schedule appointments and assist with vision insurance claims
- Tag inventory and help manage stock
- Deliver excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every patient
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable multitasking and staying organized in a busy setting
- A team player who also works well independently
- Experience in an optical setting or ABO certification is a plus (not required)
- Eager to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
