Door-to-Door Territory Sales Representative

Full-Time

On-site : Huntsville, Alabama

Job Summary :

We’re looking for motivated individuals with at least one year of sales experience to join our team as Door-to-Door Territory Sales Representatives .

In this role, you’ll generate leads, promote pest control services, and close sales within an assigned territory. Success in this role comes from strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations.

Compensation :

Base Pay : $15 / hour – guaranteed earnings for your time and effort.
Performance Bonuses : Earn commissions on every sale.
Uncapped Earnings : The more you sell, the more you earn—no limits.

Responsibilities :

Engage directly with potential customers to promote and sell pest control services.

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.

Deliver compelling, personalized sales presentations.

Address customer inquiries and provide accurate service information.

Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team success.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance.
