About the job SUMMARY: The Senior Recruiter 3 will work closely with sales and delivery leadership to submit, pipeline and place the best candidates with our clients. The SR3 will be looked to as a go-to for other recruiters and work as a helpful resource. This position offers a competitive base salary, to be determined based on the candidate and his/her background and experience. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize Bullhorn to engage in the duties of a Senior Recruiter Identifying candidates to begin building long term relationships Meeting candidates and clients face to face to determine their needs Matching candidates with the job order that best meets our client’s needs Maintaining the relationship with your placed consultants throughout their lifecycle Adhere to weekly fundamental expectations to pre-qualify active and passive IT professionals by phone through both warm-leads and cold-calling Build, create and utilize recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with client’s requirements Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates Check references and conduct any other pre-employment checks Maintain regular communication with consultants on assignment and those seeking work Develop and maintain a pipeline of consultants and contacts to allow for a timely response to client needs, obtain market information to assist clients and provide competitive advantage along with obtaining leads to assist with business development and growth Provide accurate and well documented information on activity utilizing best practices and communicate effectively with others in order to create a positive and productive environment Maintain relationships with consultants and other contacts to continue developing industry knowledge and referrals Align to Company Culture Alignment of personal behavior, attitudes, and values with those of the company Lives consciously and authentically Always maintain consistency between what is said and what is done Continuous Development Seek out opportunities to participate in interactive training, formal training, self-directed training, and one-on-one development Provide development opportunities in areas of strengths to others (mentor others) Seek out assignments and responsibility in areas that are new (stretch assignments) QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years’ experience as a Recruiter Proven experience within Staffing Industry Proven track record of being able to meet delivery targets, consistently Proven capability to close candidates Strong communicator of oral and written work; also, good presentation skills Strong influencer through being proactive, creative, and persuasive of others in solving client problems or recommending new ideas/strategies Understands the importance of documentation and the utilization of tracking tools Knowledge of assigned vertical/industries with an ability to learn quickly Superior interpersonal skills-work collaboratively within a matrix organization Adaptable to change Education to include BS or equivalent combination of education and experience ABOUT DEXIAN: Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with nearly 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
