Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that routine building inspections are completed. They are responsible for the upkeep and management of the interior and exterior spaces.
Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
- Paint, patch, remodel and refurbish areas in the Company as needed.
- Oversee general maintenance of the parking lot and grounds.
- Perform minor fixes such as replacing door handles, cabinets, doors, and drywall repair.
- Perform grounds upkeep by removing debris, collecting trash, and power washing walkways.
- Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.
- Ensure routine repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of all equipment and amenities.
- Maintain equipment and supplies and assist in scheduling repairs or renovations as needed.
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
- Accurately report and submit documentation for work performed.
- Maintain and operate building management systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Evaluate parking to ensure optimal utilization of the area and maintain the safety of all guests.
- Organize and manage curbside pickup lines when parking spaces meet capacity.
- Load and unload event materials for events and pop-ups that can occur both on and off the property.
- Assemble and disassemble chairs, furniture, displays, and other equipment on and off the property, as required.
- Manage all communication with management and identify all visitors and tenants violating rules and provide warnings if necessary.
- Ensure Company goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance as scheduled by department leadership.
- Consistently maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company’s Brand Standards.
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, and the willingness and ability to put forth the level of effort required to fulfill job duties.
- Be well informed of information and knowledge shared on the Company’s communication platforms, and actively seek additional knowledge.
- Maintain an elevated knowledge of cannabis, cannabis products, brand standards, and compliance.
- Work must be done on company-issued equipment only while connected to enterprise-grade secured networks.

Qualifications
- Data entry skills.

- Ability to perform simple calculations.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technician certifications are strongly preferred.
- Ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Nevada Agent Card.
- OSHA 10 General Industry Certification.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Ability to commute to work location and perform duties while on premises.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and handle or feel objects.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more, without assistance.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
