Summary
DivcoWest is looking for a Project Management Professional to lead technology project delivery across various verticals of the organization. The Project Management Professional, a member of the Technology team at DivcoWest, facilitates and motivates project teams to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of technology projects, ultimately resulting in our business teams achieving their goals.
This role requires 4 days in office at our San Francisco, CA location.

Responsibilities
Project Management:
Manage all aspects of assigned technology projects including:
Document business process and project requirements
Collaborate with the project team members to ensure consistency and progress
Track and communicate project scope, timelines, project milestones, dependencies and resources with project team members and stakeholders
Leverage understanding of production processes, capacity, and timelines to keep projects organized and on track
Anticipate the needs, risks, and challenges of projects under management
Utilize internal systems and databases to keep all project-related information organized, up-to-date, accessible, searchable and retrievable
Develop success criteria and build measurable metrics
Follow up with Business Team members and ensure satisfaction
Employ, improve, and share project management processes, standards, templates and best practices
Project administration, including the proper capture and filing of all project documentation: contracts, invoices, meeting minutes, project reports, and communications
Project Coordination:
Coordinate logistics, content, delivery and execution for all project related updates and meetings
Lead project management meetings with various team members
Act as a liaison between all relevant parties (Technology Team, Business Teams, 3rd party consultants)
Communication:
Translate Business Team members’ requests and requirements into detailed, actionable instructions for project teams
Ensure resolution of Business Team members’ feedback and inquiries in a timely manner
Create clear and concise company-wide communications, as needed
Other:
Plan and organize teambuilding events
Qualifications
College degree
4 years of experience in the space of technology project management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well within a team or independently
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
High degree of integrity
Personable and highly approachable; comfortable interacting with team members at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated track record of seeing projects through to completion
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to situations as they evolve
Creative, out-of-the box thinker who can balance this with excellent judgment
Apply principled practices and high standards of professionalism to projects and assignments
Desire to continue learning and stay current with best practices, innovations and technology trends in our industry
The person in this position must be able to:
Remain in a stationary position for 75% of the time working on a computer and attending virtual meetings.
Occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office technology, and attend meetings etc.
Compensation
$120,000-$140,000
