Dive Bomb Industries is hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Operations Manager based in Hazelwood, Missouri. This is a senior-level role focused on leading the daily execution of marketing across two fast-growing brands: Dive Bomb Industries and Flop Industries.
As our first on-site marketing leadership hire, you’ll work closely with a talented team across video, photo, design, and digital marketing to ensure timelines are met, projects are delivered at a high level, and strategies are executed across all channels. You’ll also fully own the day-to-day marketing execution for our lifestyle brand, Flop Industries.
This role reports directly to our VP/Marketing Director and requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. If you’re experienced in managing marketing teams, running multi-channel campaigns, and building operational structure, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily workflow and accountability of the marketing team
- Translate marketing strategy into clear, actionable plans with timelines
- Oversee content creation: product photos, videos, graphics, email, SMS, social, and paid ads
- Fully manage Flop Industries marketing operations (product listings, campaigns, social, etc.)
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer service, and logistics teams
- Ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and media partners on deliverables
- Support trade shows, SquadFest, and in-season travel marketing coordination
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7 years of marketing experience, including 3 in a management or operations-focused role
- Experience managing a team and holding creatives accountable to deadlines
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing: email, SMS, paid social, product launches, etc.
- Proficiency with tools like Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- On-site availability in Hazelwood, MO (this is not a remote position)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ecommerce, consumer product, lifestyle, or outdoor brands
- Background in paid media strategy, content planning, or B2B execution
- Familiarity with YouTube series, podcast production, and showroom merchandising
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 depending on experience
