Purpose
We are seeking a talented Senior / Principal Software Engineer, ERP Development to join our Enterprise Applications team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing our current Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system while evaluating opportunities for optimization and ensuring adaptability to evolving enterprise application needs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the ERP system supports our business, engineering, and manufacturing operations. The position requires expertise in software development best practices, ERP customization, and modern tooling to optimize system performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with other members of the Enterprise Applications Team, along with Software Engineering and IT, to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable ERP solutions aligned with our company's strategic goals.
The Role
Oracle Fusion Cloud Development :
- Lead the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and deploy custom scripts, integrations, and enhancements using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related technologies.
- Develop tools, scripts, and documentation to facilitate data migration and system integration.

At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels E05 - E07 as evaluated through our interview process.
