You will join a team of trusted, dynamic, and entrepreneurial sales pioneers passionate about helping customers solve regular day-to-day issues while earning uncapped commissions at the same time. The Business Development Representative Role : Engage with customers to build and maintain relationships while presenting potential products and services directly available to them. Drive revenue for the associated campaign by strengthening customer relationships using active listening skills and a consultative sales approach to recommend specific products and subscriptions. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing direct marketing and sales strategies within a designated target market. Provide regular sales reporting and analysis to the Management team and clients. Adeptly guide fellow team members through industry trends, product knowledge training, and new onboarding procedures. Utilize acquired knowledge of operations systems and our sales strategies to analyze the business processes and suggest improvements. Exhibit the utmost dedication to constantly refining your sales, delegation, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Participate as an active member of our collaborative Sales Department and contribute to our growth-oriented team culture.
